TRIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,584 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCTP2, GAB1, and SLC15A3. Each is linked with TRIM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM2-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCTP2 grouped by TRIM2-low versus TRIM2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
