TRIM17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,413 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC14L1, ARID4B, and ZBTB33. Each is linked with TRIM17 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM17-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM17 versus SEC14L1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM17→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
