TRIM17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM17 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM17-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF2, Bax, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with TRIM17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM17-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF2 grouped by TRIM17-low versus TRIM17-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM17→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
