Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,297 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Stress granule assembly, Regulation of RNA splicing, and Regulation of mRNA processing. Each is linked with TRIM17 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM17-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM17 results are reported.
