TRIM17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM17-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMP15, NLRP8, and KRTAP2-1. Each is linked with TRIM17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM17-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BMP15 grouped by TRIM17-low versus TRIM17-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM17→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
