TRIM16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,354 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLUH, TSR1, and CD74. Each is linked with TRIM16 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM16-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM16→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
