Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 135 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM16-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ12, IGLVVI-25-1, and SNRPCP17. Each is linked with TRIM16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM16-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM16→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
