Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM16-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, MEK1, and Notch1. Each is linked with TRIM16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM16-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM16 results are reported.
