TRIM15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,252 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM15-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM10, HNF4G, and DNAJC22. Each is linked with TRIM15 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM15-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
