The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher TRIM14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD are the cancer types where TRIM14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
