TRIM14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,136 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OAS2, STAT1, and DDX58. Each is linked with TRIM14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM14-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM14 versus OAS2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
