Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM14 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,603 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM14-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXPH5, SGSH, and VWDE. Each is linked with TRIM14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM14-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM14 results are reported.
