TRIM13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,064 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TDRD3, CHAMP1, and ESD. Each is linked with TRIM13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM13-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
