Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,923 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM13-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSC22D1, RN7SL277P, and MRPS31. Each is linked with TRIM13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM13-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
