The most reproducible TRIM13-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR615, RN7SL545P, and ZFP64P1. Each is linked with TRIM13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM13-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM13 results are reported.
