TRIM13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM13-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bid, FOXO3a, and PDCD4. Each is linked with TRIM13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM13-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
