Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM11 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRIM11 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TRIM11 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and CCRCC show a favorable association.

HNSC, UCEC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where TRIM11 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
