TRIM11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,709 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, C1orf35, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with TRIM11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM11-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM11 versus PARP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
