Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,174 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM11-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP9, FAM13C, and IFFO1. Each is linked with TRIM11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM11-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM11 versus AQP9 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
