TRIM11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,336 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM11-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA21, RNU6-147P, and NMBR-AS1. Each is linked with TRIM11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM11-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA21 grouped by TRIM11-low versus TRIM11-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
