Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,877 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with TRIM11 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM11-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I grouped by TRIM11-low versus TRIM11-high in BONE.
