Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIAP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRIAP1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TRIAP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIAP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, BRCA, and COAD are the cancer types where TRIAP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
