TRIAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,062 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C12orf43, PAICS_S27, and NSUN5. Each is linked with TRIAP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIAP1-to-partner and partner-to-TRIAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIAP1 versus C12orf43 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
