TRIAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL57P6, RNU6-1273P, and OTOP1. Each is linked with TRIAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIAP1-to-partner and partner-to-TRIAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL57P6 grouped by TRIAP1-low versus TRIAP1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
