TRH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRH RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,033 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRABD2B, SLC4A8, and SYT11. Each is linked with TRH in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRH-to-partner and partner-to-TRH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRH versus TRABD2B in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRH→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
