Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,144 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCEAL1, CLUH, and FAM169A. Each is linked with TRH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRH-to-partner and partner-to-TRH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRH versus TCEAL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRH→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
