The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher TRGV2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRGV2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and STAD are the cancer types where TRGV2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
