Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRGJ2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRGJ2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TRGJ2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRGJ2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC show a favorable association.

BLCA, THCA, and COAD are the cancer types where TRGJ2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
