Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRGC2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRGC2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TRGC2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRGC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, LGG, and PRAD are the cancer types where TRGC2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
