Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRGC1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRGC1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher TRGC1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRGC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, COAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where TRGC1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
