TRGC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRGC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,317 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRGC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP15, ARHGAP25, and ARHGAP30. Each is linked with TRGC1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRGC1-to-partner and partner-to-TRGC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRGC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRGC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
