TRGC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRGC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 500 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRGC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL252P, RN7SL199P, and HEBP2P1. Each is linked with TRGC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRGC1-to-partner and partner-to-TRGC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRGC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRGC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
