TRERF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRERF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,698 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRERF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRERF1_S491, HYLS1_S55, and RAC2. Each is linked with TRERF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRERF1-to-partner and partner-to-TRERF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRERF1 versus TRERF1_S491 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRERF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRERF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
