Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRERF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,140 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRERF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCM2L, RAMP2, and KRBOX4. Each is linked with TRERF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRERF1-to-partner and partner-to-TRERF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRERF1 versus CCM2L in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRERF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRERF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
