Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRERF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRERF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bak, GAPDH, and ATM. Each is linked with TRERF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRERF1-to-partner and partner-to-TRERF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bak grouped by TRERF1-low versus TRERF1-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRERF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRERF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
