Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRERF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,477 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRERF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of metaphase plate congression, Cellular response to progesterone stimulus, and Microtubule nucleation. Each is linked with TRERF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRERF1-to-partner and partner-to-TRERF1 results are reported.
