The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TREML3P Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TREML3P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO show a favorable association.
UCEC and MESO are the cancer types where TREML3P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
