Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREML2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,534 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TREML2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RGS14_S218, ELANE, and GPSM3. Each is linked with TREML2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREML2-to-partner and partner-to-TREML2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TREML2 versus RGS14_S218 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TREML2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TREML2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
