Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREML2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TREML2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEST1, OR5A2, and PNMA8A. Each is linked with TREML2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREML2-to-partner and partner-to-TREML2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TREML2 versus BEST1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TREML2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TREML2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
