TREML2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREML2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 651 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TREML2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4480, OR4F21, and REEP4. Each is linked with TREML2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREML2-to-partner and partner-to-TREML2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4480 grouped by TREML2-low versus TREML2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TREML2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TREML2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
