Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREML2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TREML2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and FoxM1. Each is linked with TREML2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREML2-to-partner and partner-to-TREML2 results are reported.
