TREML2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TREML2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,377 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TREML2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRR2D, LPAR5, and RAET1L. Each is linked with TREML2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREML2-to-partner and partner-to-TREML2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TREML2 versus SPRR2D in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TREML2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TREML2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
