TREML1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREML1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,017 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TREML1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP15_S64, ARHGEF6, and DOCK10. Each is linked with TREML1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREML1-to-partner and partner-to-TREML1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TREML1 versus ARHGAP15_S64 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TREML1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TREML1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
