TREML1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREML1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 95 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TREML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP419, RN7SL649P, and LINC02493. Each is linked with TREML1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREML1-to-partner and partner-to-TREML1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP419 grouped by TREML1-low versus TREML1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TREML1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TREML1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
