TREM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,353 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TREM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AZ1, DTYMK, and MIR6752. Each is linked with TREM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREM2-to-partner and partner-to-TREM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AZ1 grouped by TREM2-low versus TREM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TREM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TREM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
