Across TCGA cell cohorts, TREM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 834 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TREM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of macrophage colony-stimulating factor signaling pathway, Extracellular matrix organization, and Extracellular structure organization. Each is linked with TREM2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREM2-to-partner and partner-to-TREM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of macrophage colony-stimulating factor signaling pathway grouped by TREM2-low versus TREM2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
