Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,907 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TREM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP9, CCL7, and LILRB2. Each is linked with TREM1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREM1-to-partner and partner-to-TREM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TREM1 versus AQP9 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
