TREM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 890 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TREM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are M1AP, SMIM4, and GLDC. Each is linked with TREM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREM1-to-partner and partner-to-TREM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, M1AP grouped by TREM1-low versus TREM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TREM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TREM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
