Across TCGA cell cohorts, TREM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,128 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TREM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neutrophil-mediated killing of gram-negative bacterium, Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, and Response to endoplasmic reticulum stress. Each is linked with TREM1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREM1-to-partner and partner-to-TREM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Neutrophil-mediated killing of gram-negative bacterium grouped by TREM1-low versus TREM1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
