TREH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREH RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,816 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TREH-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A9, SHROOM4, and PHLDB1. Each is linked with TREH in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREH-to-partner and partner-to-TREH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TREH versus SLC5A9 in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TREH→partner) and Y-score (partner→TREH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
